"Good comfortable home, well heated for Bathurst winters. Very handy to central Bathurst and facilities. Access to front door difficult for guests with mobility difficulties or prams, large suitcases, etc, etc.Needs a concrete path from driveway to western end (ie other end to front door) of verandah. Only approximately 1 metre of concrete path needed to change it dramatically."

"Property was as per described pictures.We have travel together all over Australia and other countries so feel like I'm somehow qualified to rate this property accurately.Superb location with very nice views.Although beds were full of nice pillows, the mattresses, for all 3 beds, were very uncomfortable. Everything else could be just ok but beds Must be of top quality, in my opinion.Also you might not be aware but house has the small German Cockroaches running around the kitchen. those critters...

"Lovely spacious house.Two of the four bedrooms very generous in size A second lounge room with huge TV and sliding doors was a bonus when a little quiet time was needed.Close to shops and restaurants"

"Great house for 2 families. Beds beautifully made. Expressi coffee machine (with the big pods) provided. Only note was that wifi is new - so house notes seemed out of date - all we had to do was use QR code on bottom of router. Great location. "
