The host was good but the amenities were not very clean. Hair and soap scum through the bath and shower and there was hair in the bed linen which seemed it might not have been changed since the last guests. There were insufficient towels. No washers and no hand towels until we found one small brown towel in the dryer which could have been a hand towel or a cleaning rag. Also the soap containers in the bathroom were empty. Would be good to check in with the cleaners as to what their practices are.

Dissapointing

Modern cottage/house from the outside and inside. BBQ not clead and dirty with grease and insects, fire place not cleaned of debris and ash. No implements to clean either of these. If you wish to light a fire then a charge of 75 for wood contained in a locked metal cage by carport outside is required, Coffee maker was broken, kitchen pots & pans old, deeply scratched with food stuck to pan when cooking, milk frother had congealed milk not cleaned. No introductory tea, coffee, sugar, no oil to cook with, no plug for the kitchen sink, lamp in main room unable to be used as double power switch provided used for the tv and wifi modem. We contacted the host as we did not wish to be charged for previous guest/s mess, or lack of host checking out the property prior to our arrival. The host just gave us a thumbs up, no apology, no offer to clean the offending dirty appliances, however, the host did replace the non working kettle that evening. The accommodation does have potential, but needs fine tuning. Most reviews rate excellent which led us to book this cottage, however we were very disappointed.

Ticks all the boxes!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed cottage.It is new, clean, tastefully decorated and has all the creature comforts you could ask for. It is conveniently located a short drive from Bathurst and Mt Panorama. We loved the peaceful, semi-rural feel of the property. It is also surprisingly larger than the photos would lead you to believe. Wonderful hosts.Would definitely stay here again 10/10.

Wonderful warm place, great location & best fur baby yard

Love this quaint place that has it all, including a safe nice size yard for the fur babies. Beautifully appointed everything you need. great for couples or a group of 4 visiting Bathurst and surrounds. Beds comfy, and the place is relaxing and inviting. We will definitely be staying there next time we are up that way. Location to Bathurst is perfect.

Very comfortable

We were in Bathurst for a dog agility trial. We appreciated the secure yard and proximity to the dog grounds and town. The house was comfortable and everything went smoothly.

This property ticks all the boxes.Basically a new house in a quiet location for an extremely competitive rate.I will stay again on my next Bathurst trip.
