"This cottage is on a quiet, dead-end street. We felt safe and the location was convenient for our visit to Monroe. The home was very clean and just as pictured in listing. It is a smaller and older home- but there is a big backyard and owner did a great job of updating. The shower has great water pressure and the beds were comfortable. "

"We had a wonderful time staying here with our family! The house was very comfortable, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. When the AC went out, Cynthia was incredibly responsive and apologetic — it was fixed within the hour, which we really appreciated.The only downside is that there is no WiFi, and with kids plus spotty cell service, that was a bit of a challenge. Other than that, everything about the property was great. We would definitely recommend it for a stay!"

"We absolutely loved staying here! Laurie, our host, was so accommodating and even checked in on us the first night to see if the house met our expectations. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The house had everything we needed. Family board games, plenty of bedrooms. Our favorite part was spending family time fishing off their pier. We caught a lot of bass and catfish!!
