"Our family of 4 had a wonderful 6 night stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and the balcony had a lovely garden view. The beach is a 10 minute walk down the hill (no sidewalk, but the street is wide). We really enjoyed the amenities including the pool, hot tubs, mini golf, tennis, and basketball. The only downside is the weightroom has dated, poor functioning equiment and is poorly ventilated."

"We used to go there 55 years ago, when there was just small bungalows close to the ocean, we were 25 years old and just married. Everything looks as beautiful as was then, nice memories."

"Great spot for our family reunion of 25 adults and kids. Great common areas between kitchens, outdoor covered patio with new flat top grill, pool, turf field, tennis court, movie theater. Huge and comfortable bedrooms, kids all slept together in a few of the multi-bed rooms, and had 8 cots for the littlest kids to add in. "Trust the reviews on this one. It's very walkable to the main beach and many dining and shopping options. Two nice coffee shops nearby as well. "This was a mother - daughter beach trip. The place was absolutely perfect. I loved the gated community and the proximity to the beach, pier, harbor and shops. The place was spacious and comfortable. "We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront condo in Carlsbad. "The condo was very spacious & comfortable. There was even a private, roofed patio in the back. The best thing is that it was a short (5 minute) walk to the beach. The second best thing is that I was there for 2 nights & never moved my car. I also enjoyed the hot tub—& it’s long, open hours. The staff was friendly & helpful. The only negative is that I was unable to hear the ocean from my room. It was an incredible value."
