"Beautiful original log home. Deck built out on Cheat River for gorgeous views and wildlife. Wonderful fire pit area. Definite location! The home is well equipped with many hospitalities. Awesome hot tub all of property direct views of the river. Fishing was fabulous too!"

It is well connected to US Route 33, but far enough so you don't hear the sound of cars. Perfect getaway to disconnect and be in nature. "

"The cabin was private on a mountain side, beautiful views. Family of six, plenty of room for all of us. Great deck overlooking the valley below, hot tub and bathrooms were great. Would definitely stay there again. "

"We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable in this condo. ad plenty of room and enjoyed the coffee that was in the condo. Lots of activities to go even though we went in the off season. There was no futon in the master room to use which was on the listing however we didnt end up needing it. Enjoyed the hott tub and pool there at the facility!"

"Another family getaway up the mountain for Memorial weekend 2025. The cabin was well appointed and located just the right distance away from the activities our family enjoys most. Hot tub has an amazing view of sunset. Owner very responsive. No complaints or concerns; thanks for a great visit! "

"We wanted scenic views, clean air, and a bit of isolation. Seldom Seen definitely delivered. We truly enjoyed every moment while at this lovely location. Definitely plan to return and highly recommend to those who need some serenity. It was perfect for us as a couples getaway, but has plenty of space for larger groups. "

"We stayed iff season and had almost the entire resort to ourselves. The unit was clean and well equiped. "

"A beautiful spot, the location was spectacular, other than the two mile trail getting to the house it didn’t help that it snowed the night before making it a little interesting getting down the mountain. The only thing I was a little bit sad with the American flag outside. It was very tattered. Being a veteran and a member of a VFW I dispose of it in a the proper way. We all enjoy our stay and it’s a beautiful place. "

"This house is everything it says it is. Out of the way but a great place to get together with friends and family to make new memories. It rained one of the days we’re there but that was fine because there was so much room and things provided in the house that we didn’t even notice! Management was excellent"

"Stayed at the cabin with some friends for a long weekend and had a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook meals ourselves. The hot tub was an excellent way to unwind and relax each evening after exploring the surrounding areas. The natural beauty of West Virginia is incredible and the cabin is right in the heart of it. Awesome place!!"

"We've come back to Snowshoe with another large group, 8 families. This is the second time we have stayed in this house, and I can promise you it won’t be the last. This is a great house for a large group. Plenty of room and supplies in the house. We did have a small issue with a leak on the last day during a crazy rain storm. We let the owner know and he sent maintenance over. We love staying in this house as it is perfect for large groups and kids. We’ll see you again next year!!!"

"12 stars!!! (Inside joke with the host.) The place was clean and spacious and the host was great. I brought my son here for his 29th birthday to hike the rocks. The cottage provided everything we needed including a spectacular view of Seneca Rocks. Centrally located to many areas of interest. I’ll definitely be back. "

"The Condo was perfect for 4 people. The location was right by the village with the best access to the slopes and lifts. The Condo was clean and offered several amenities. It is exactly what we wanted for a weekend of skiing and fun. The room is located right beside the kids play area, but we had no noise issues. My only complant was the staff members not being the friendliest (but they were still helpful, even if they hate their job). We cant wait to go back next year."
