Low lighting made reading difficult, too. I guess they don't expect long term guests with a lot of clothes. If I had to be down in Chelsea I might consider it again just for the food but, really, the room was ridiculous."

"Loved staying here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in all areas. The bars are fantastic and had some of the best service in NY. Bedding was super comfortable, and you could feel the quality in the linens. I would love to stay here again. Only complaint was trying to get the room to cool down after the heat had been on upon arrival (we Texans like it cold lol). Rooms were quiet and cozy. Perfect getaway."
