"The staff was great, but the iPad based TV control did not function reliably for the duration of our stay. I doubt there is anything the staff could have directly done to fix this since it seemed to be more of a hardware/software issue than one of the staff themselves. Overall a great location, the rooftop bar was gorgeous with one of the best views I’ve seen of Manhattan."

"We just had a short stay at The Dominick to go into Manhattan for the 4th of July. The hotel is in a fantastic location in SoHo with beautiful views ( esp from the higher floors). Our check in was very smooth…the staff was very helpful with parking ( they even suggested we park on the street since it was a holiday which saved us $125), bags and even had a great room ready for us early. We enjoyed our massages in the spa and used the fitness center. Our room was lovely and had a perfect view...

"Our stay at the Motto by Hilton Chelsea was absolutely incredible, easily the best hotel we’ve stayed at in NYC! Jaime was amazing and made check-in smooth and welcoming. "Great location in SoHo. Quality boutique hotel vibes. Great lobby bar. Rooms smallish but well appointed. AC worked amazing in 100 degree temps!! Bathroom smallish but great rain shower. Hot water a plenty. Soho Diner is handy."

"Overall I enjoyed my stay. The employees were kind and very helpful l. My only qualms were how dark the room was, there weren’t many bright lights, and how cold it was. I tried adjusting our thermostat but it was freezing which I won’t complain too much…it was HOT outside. Overall, nice property, affordable and convenient."
