"This gorgeously restored home has many thoughtful amenities. It is on such a peaceful piece of land with a great porch for relaxing and playing games. The beds are super comfortable, even the fold out couch! Communication was great and we never had to search for anything, everything was laid out perfectly. I definitely recommend!"

"Desolate area. Cabin was perfect size and cozy. Everything we needed was there. Cabin owners responded to questions and concern’s in a timely fashion. Had our two nine year old boys that couldn’t play on their tablets or video game consoles. I’ll just say if you have young kids with you “bring board games, bikes, scooters etc”.Overall we had a great time!"

"The apartment was perfect for our needs. Nothing fancy just did the job. It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We really appreciated that the apartment was pet friendly and she enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood."

"We actually very much enjoyed the balcony porch listening to the church Bella across the street. The apartment was beautiful and very let friendly. Owner was very helpful and responsive and even approved an extra night for us at the last minute. "

"Older home in what seemed like an iffy neighborhood (I have never been to Utica prior to this trip so do not know the areas at all just going by how it appeared to me). I took a chance on this new listing because it checked a lot of boxes. Two bedrooms, kitchen, competitively priced, not far from where we had to go for a sports tournament. "A great place to stay tucked away but still close to conveniences. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Comfortable beds. Great deck for boat watching! Enjoyed the chipmunks scurrying around."

"What a relaxing weekend. Stayed 2 nights. Just incredible. Place was spotless and the view was amazing. Hosts were extremely accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had. This place has everything you might need. Don’t hesitate to book this place. Just do it. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back!! "
