"Wonderful place! Quiet and quaint. Great kitchen amenities and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. We even saw deer on the path to the lake. "

"Overall excellent. - and right next to their store where they make and sell wonderful food to take out! We stayed there because our family's nearby camp didn't have enough space. This was great for overflow. Only one thought I would have is to have a shade for the door window. We hung a towel over it for privacy. Will definitely stay there again. "

"We stayed 3 nites.This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Very clean, Perfect amount of space, we prepared dinner on the grill 1st nite and we used the kitchen stove the 2nd nite. We liked the screened in porch. Good hangout for us and the dog. My husbanc had the knowledge to run the generator, the battery pack and all the other ways to maintain a great stay. I we come around again we would definately stay again. Thankyou and Peace"

"The house met all of my expectations. Plenty of towels were provided and extra linens were available as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and make coffee. The house is exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood, I felt safe. There was soap left behind in the shower from the person that stayed before us but that wasnt a huge deal. The communication was good when I was trying to book but when I was trying to move my booking over a day, I never heard back...

"Amazing view- mesmerizing and relaxing. Lake is fabulous!Easy check in. Property is great- instantly comfortable, every amenity provided for, and very clean. Owners readily available for all questions/needs. Got a lot of use out of kayaks, golf cart, pool, hot tub, and pool table. Enjoyed walks around area & trip to Old Forge. Highly recommend this property!"

"This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. "

"Absolutely beautiful place inside and out. We so enjoyed our stay. There was 8 of us and there was so much space for gatherings in the house, the kitchen is open with plenty of seating and open to the living room with even more space. Outside had a great patio for barbequing and of course a fire pit area with plenty of firewood to get busy making s’mores! We brought our boat along, and come to find out it’s one of the cleanest lake in the Adirondacks, we did some water skiing and tubing. We did...

"Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us...

"Great loft and location. Parking is well lit and a half block away. Good food within walking distance: Nina’s Pizza, Utica Coffee and Taylor and Cook. "

"It was quite elegant, with sparse but modern furnishings. A lot more space than I needed, and so much more than what I expected. The view from the second-story enclosed porch was a dream. I wish I could have had guests over to show it off. The owner was very accommodating in resolving an issue that wasn't even their fault. Hope to stay again."

"Very charming guest suit. The set up is perfect and the ambiance is fantastic. Dianne goes the goes the extra mile to make sure you don’t have to ask or need anything extra. Had a great stay, highly recommend! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Mo’s place! First impressions on walking through the door was that it was even bigger than the pictures showed and the view was breathtaking. We were blessed with perfect weather. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Mo was responsive to all messages. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Communication with our host prior to arriving, during our stay and upon leaving was wonderful. The home is well equipped, very comfortable and has luxury items that aren’t found in many VRBO‘s. Will definitely stay here again when in the area."

"Convenient to all of Rome and the area."

"I only stayed a week, wished it could have been longer. I wasn't able to take advantages of all of the amenities as weather wasn't my friend. I will say the internet and tv worked great. I enjoyed watching out in the morn or evenings for the deer that came thru the yard everyday. The maps for getting to the beach was nice, just a short walk. The home itself is nice and has more than what you would expect. Tina and Scott do an excellent job of communicating with you before, during and after...
