"Went from a family room to a very pokey small room due to an error with the respective bookings. There is no lift so be prepared to carry your bags up 3 flights of stairs. Given we had large bags, this wasn’t ideal. Lovely staff, particularly in the restaurant. Location was okay. The restaurant is very busy, particularly on Sunday. "

"I spent a lovely night at the White Horse, a very unique and historical coaching inn. The room was gorgeous with a massive comfy bed, a lovely sofa and a big clawfoot bath with a shower. It was clean and the lovely bathrobes were bliss. Great quality tea and coffee options in the room were a nice touch too. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The village is quaint with a great history. There's plenty of off street parking and lots of nice walks nearby. Food and drink options at the inn are good...

"古いながらもきちんと改装され、清潔でサービスの行き届いたホテルだと思います。特に浴室は広くバスタブもあり、日本人向きかもしれません。朝食も色々選べて質も量も満足でした。アボカドトーストが美味しかったです。電車での移動だったので駅に近いことは良かったですが、冷房が無いので真夏の滞在だと少し大変かもしれません。"

"The host was there to great us with a smile. She explained everything and offered us to order breakfast but we had to leave early to catch the ferry. The room was very nice. She was kind enough to order our taxi for the morning as dover doesn't have uber. I wish we had had more time to enjoy the stunning views from the patio. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This charming little guest house is within easily walkable distance to Dover Castle and downtown. The host was readily available and extremely helpful. This small facility felt very homelike and represents a welcome change from big box hotels. I highly recommend Churchill Guest House."

"It was a large well presented building. The staff were friendly and attentive. We had 2 suites which were very spacious and comfortable. It was quiet. We enjoyed the bar snacks, which offered a good size portion. The breakfast was a good choice and very nice. It was help yourself, but there were also specials to order. There was plenty of parking on site. It was convenient location close to the town centre and the beach, plus the loop bus stop was right outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...
