"We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to spend a little time exploring CVille and Monticello while we were here. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and cozy. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the mall. We were a quick drive to Monticello and hikes. Beds were comfy. My boys loved the sonic the hedgehog video game on the TV when we were packing up and during a storm that came through. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family. "

"Our stay was great. The location is perfect - close to Charlottesville but also quiet and a little bit away from the center of activity. We discovered some great places in Crozet, too. Check-in was super easy, and the place was fun and quirky. Our hosts were excellent. We had a minor issue on day two and the host responded within 10 minutes and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. We had a great trip and we loved the place. "

"They cabin was beautiful and more than met my expectations! The front porch was so nice with the hummingbirds coming to visit! It was so hot out but the cabin was cool and comfortable. Saw so many deer, dogs and horses! It was a great little trip! Would lo e to come down in the fall, it would be gorgeous!"

"Amazing hosts. Responsive! Everything was great! Lovely dreamy location right next to a serene river. Coffee in the morning and cocktails at night had an ambience like no other. Will book again!!"

"We took our 18 yr old here on a trip of Virginia and NC. This house was perfectly located for the hikes and tubing activities we wanted to do. Skyline drive was cool even though it was foggy and drizzling on and off all day. Into Charlottesville one day for tubing on Rivanna river. So glad we have the washer and dryer. Super clean and had extra things like kleenex, coffe and shampoo. Really felt like home. "

"Love this cottage! Great place to go with your partner, the cottage provides a lot of privacy while also being very close to communal buildings on the property. My Pug loved watching the deer in the front yard! Can’t wait to make this a regular getaway for my family. "

"Such a beautiful place to stay. I've stayed here twice now. I love it. Will stay again later this summer or fall. "

"We stayed here after helping our daughter and grandkids relocate overseas and needed a calm place to decompress. This home was absolutely perfect—quiet, clean, beautifully stocked, and full of thoughtful touches. The fresh linens, snacks, wine, and cozy atmosphere made us feel truly cared for. We’d definitely stay again!"

"We had a great time at the Lake House. The place had everything for our family, each kid got their own room so that’s was one less fight lol- Our dog enjoyed the extra large backyard to run around. We loved the opportunity to do some kayaking - Looking forward to go back for more days! "

"Very peaceful cabin immersed in nature, we had a great time. Was well stocked with firewood other essentials, which was nice. The AC did its job and kept the cabin comfortable inside during days with very high heat and humidity. Beautiful landscape lighting and retaining walls. Absolutely lovely during a rainstorm. Would recommend addressing a few minor items:‐the ramp at the top of the steps (by the screened porch) is incredibly slippery when wet, would recommend putting down some friction...

"The house and farm are just beautiful. We spent nearly the entire stay on the screened porch listening to the birds, watching the horses, goats, and chickens and enjoying the quiet serenity of the country. Our hosts could not have been more gracious and welcoming. We wondered around the property and soaked up the country, ate some amazing farm raised eggs, and made several excursions to nearby Monticello, antique shops, UVA, and 1799 at the Clifton for dinner. I highly recommended this beautiful...
