This property was run like a well oiled machine. The staff overall was polite and helpful, which obviously was made possible by the manager who seemed to treat them all the same way he treated guests (kind and helpful) even when he wasn’t in the building the staff was exceptional. "The only concern I had was with the shower/bathtub combination. It is very difficult getting out, because the floor of the room is 6" lower than the bottom of the tub. And without anything to hold on to, I found it very dangerous."
