"Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. "Stayed for a couple nights for a friends getaway. The property was beautiful and offered swimming, boating, fire pits, ample seating areas, and lawn games. The room was comfortable and clean. Can't wait to return...definitely will be on the books for next year or sooner."

"Good price, quiet property. They do state somewhere in their web page that they're no longer a bed and breakfast, it would be better to really put that up front, perhaps take the bed and breakfast sign down from inside the kitchen. It was nice to have tea and coffee, thank you. Surprising, but not totally unusual in this day and age to not see a single person from the property, that all contact was done via notes."
