"The room was styled and furnished beautifully, Gary & Peter have put a lot of thought into the inclusions. Tea and coffee facilities available along with oranges to make freshly squeezed juice. We booked the studio room, for the price I’d expect complimentary continental breakfast. Gary explained the landscaping is a work in progress, this should be reflected in the pricing. "

"Very secluded property. Clean, with all the facilities you would need for a week or month. Bush setting with access to bay for canoeing or small boat. Highly recommend."

"The location of the house is excellent as you can easily do day trips to the north and south of the Island and to Adventure Bay. It is a few minutes walk to Hotel Bruny which has fantastic meals. The house has a wonderful view looking back to the mainland and of Satellite Island with a deck at the front and back of the house which is perfect to avoid the wind depending on the direction. Both decks have outdoor table and chairs. The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings very comfortable....

"Loved this property Owner super responsive to our requests The addition of breadmixxand breadmaker was a nice touch .Variety of areas to relax inside and outside of the house.Water views from most rooms.One suggestion i would make is to have more than one tv in the property would be helpful .The space is there so another living area would be a great addition.Perfect place to relax and haveca break ."
