Now to the good part: Everything.
The hotel itself is located on a beautiful hill in Impruneta, surrounded by olive groves. The bedroom was spacious and the foyer was well equiped. Both were cleaned daily. The most important, it had two airconditioners making the rooms very co. fortable in the 100F Tuscan summer. Thus is something that is not a given in a 16th century villa in Italy.

"The most central location you can stay in Florence! Good breakfast included. Staff gave us great recommendation for restaurants. They also let us store our bags after our check out time. Definitely recommend."

"This is our second time staying at this property and it was even better than the last. We stayed in the San Nicolo apartment with patio which was a great fit for our family of 3. It’s sunny, bright and nicely updated. The location is close to but outside of the touristy area which we prefer. Super easy to jump on bus if you’d rather not walk. Highly recommend!"
