"First i would like to thank Barbara and her husband for their hospitality, amazing people and very helpful. The property was phenomenal, indeed one of the nicest and newest in Cirvinia. Super new and always clean. The location is fantastic, 3 mins walk to the ski Lift. I highly recommend the place 👌"

Pros: - Ski-in, ski-out - Great, friendly staff Cons: - Old, run-down hotel - Poor quality food in the restaurant - Flies in the bedroom - Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth - Had no hot water for showers through-out stay - Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door - No kettle, iron or safe - Lift was often broken"

"The hotel is beautiful, has really large and well decorated rooms, amazing bathrooms, large balconies, and once you walk outside, you have a breathtaking view of Mount Matterhorn and the river that goes thru the village. "Amazing stay at an amazing property. We were picked up promptly from the station after calling. We would have walked the 10 minutes down the hill but it was pouring rain. Rooms were ready and clean. They called a restaurant they suggested to us to make sure they were open (it was the beginning of the shoulder season). The rooms weren’t very sound proofed, but it really wasn’t needed. "We had a fantastic 3 day stay at this lovely hotel, rooms spacious and clean, big comfy bed, tasty breakfast, close to town and both railway stations. We were getting the 1st Glacier Express that morning, and they kindly did an early breakfast sitting. Would highly recommend"

"Absolutely incredible stay overall, 10/10. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, seemed to go out of their way to ensure all our needs were met and questions answered. The hotel itself is clean, beautiful with lovely amenities. The room itself was spacious and the Mountain View balcony had the most incredible view of the Matterhorn that left us speechless.
