"The toilet paper was like sandpaper and I’m a 65 year old women with long nails, I couldn’t flush the toilet because it had the push buttons on the top and my fingers would not fit to push the buttons down. I had to use the toilet paper roll holder bar to flush toilet. The king bed only had two pillows instead of 4. They had no ice because the desk guy decided to clean it and shut it off and didn’t bag any for the guests."

"The hotel is updating and renovating which is great, but you do see and hear the construction. We had a room that was dated as the pet friendly rooms have not been renovated yet. Unfortunately it also had ants.....I think it's an issue at this time of the year. Unfortunately because of the long weekend they were not able to get anyone onsite quickly. To just accommodate someone quiet and clean like me as I just wanted a top floor with nobody over me and was under some fool stomper til almost 11 pm and was a worry. I asked NICELY at check in! That same uncaring selfish soul was stomping around again before 7 am!
Just post up a quiet policy everywhere and in elevators for the selfish fools to MAYBE read.
