"The property around the hotel was littered with trash. Inside, there were several broken windows around the pool. Behind the center table between the queen beds was filthy! Behind the TV was filthy! There were long black hairs left in several places in the room. The door closures were poor and doors slammed throughout the night. The HVAC unit rattled when running."

"Room was very clean. Wood floors and rolling desk chair makes for a lot of noise from upper floors. Hotel was sold out but I would suggest 4th floor room if you can get it. "

"Clean room, and great staff. I had an issue witj my toilet but iy was quickly resolved. The breakfast was light. "

"Front desk was pleasant with his help. Overall the room felt unclean. There random stains on the walls. The breakfast had less offerings than expected, but it was adequate."

"Terrible. There was no sign outside and as soon as I walked in the building, it smelled terrible! I cancelled my reservation immediately and when I tried to get my money back from the insurance company they asked me for documents that I do not have so I did not get my money back. Never using Expedia ever again to book anything. "

"They accepted a booking then I drive all the way there only for them to say there’s no room and not just that I’ll have to chase down Expedia to try to get a refund. Very sad. "

"The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient. "

"The staff was friendly. The room and bedding smelled musty and some of the towels were stained/discolored. Hotel was quiet and not very full during our stay so parking was plentiful."

"We had hair behind the door in the bathroom. Then when we pulled back the blankets of our bed there was a wad of hair, hole in the sheet and something dried on the flat sheet. When my husband took a shower his towel had a large worn hole in it. At check in i was informed that the $60 deposit per room was cash only"

"Roaches, bedbegs, extremely run down"

"It was ok for the money. They need pest control in the place. I seen roaches crawling in my room that I stayed in. Particularly in the bathroom and one on one of the nightstands. When entering into the building going to my room, it smelled really bad like other people’s body odor. Would not go again."

"I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had a reservation that has already been fully paid for, but I understand that due to my earlier checkout, a refund is not being considered. Hotel didn’t refund my money and didn’t give me night when I asked. Poor hotel management who don’t care about customers."
