"We stayed in the Wizard themed room… Such a lovely room and a great idea. Real HP experience including a wizard breakfast too. Special coins for the tuck shop which the kids loved. Our friends also stayed in the apartment which they loved too. "

"The place was small but efficient for our travels. They were accommodating with our luggage storage while we explored London for the day. Only issue was the shower head spraying the whole bathroom. Other than that, great place, excellent location and we had a great and relaxing stay."

"Ficamos em um quarto privativo, ele era bem pequeno, mas atendeu bem. Faziam limpeza do chão todo dia, o que foi ótimo. Só sentimos falta de mais ganchos ou prateleiras para pendurar nossas coisas. As tomadas eram localizadas em pontos muito altos do quarto, faltando praticidade. Por fim, o elevador não estava funcionando, tivemos que subir muitas escadas diariamente. Pelo lado bom, gostamos da localização (dá para ir a pé para alguns principais pontos de Londres e tem uma parada de ônibus...

"The staff and convenient are lovely. We were annoyed that the pool closed at the time posted but when we would show with an hour to close they would discourage us from using facilities. Other than this inconvenience, the stay was quite memorable. We will return as guests again."

"Room wax clean, staff friendly and explained that if I needed anything, like cutlery, more towels etc, to just ask. Pool was lovely, gym also was good. I didn’t use many of the facilities as was working, but had a nice area to sit outside in the evening and was ideally situated. It was very hot the week I was there, I left the window open all the time and that helped. No air con, but I’m not a fan of that anyway. "Such a lovely place to stay, very modern and chilled. Rooms are lovely although we had a problem with the air conditioning not working in our room and it was such a hot weekend. Contacted reception the following morning and they couldn’t do enough to help. They upgraded us free of charge to another room, extended our check out and had a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. Overall very impressed and would go back. Thank you "

"This is a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is perfect for the traveler who just uses the room to sleep and shower. We are on the go all the time so we don't need luxery. Charming neighborhood with plenty to do and eat in the evenings. Very safe! Acroas the street feom a grocery store which was a plus for us. Close to all the London attractions. Bathrooms were extremely tiny but expected that."
