The Studio is our most economical unit. You can enjoy all the perks of being near Zilker Park for less than you’ll find any decent hotel in the area.

This studio is on the lower floor and is the perfect place for a couple looking for a get-away, an extended stay for a work contract, or pull the couch-bed out and squeeze four people in for a weekend out on the town.

The front patio is very comfortable and is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the essentials so you can cook in if you’re not in to eating out. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and everything you need.
Other amenities include: covered patio with a love seat and 2 chairs, beach towels for Barton Springs Pool, bar and table seating for up to 4, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, 4 sets of bath towels, Roku HDTV, board games, shampoo, conditioner and other basic bathroom essentials including face wipes.

Great Location

We stayed 3 nights and the place was very clean and well maintained. We were there to explore the city and see live music so it was a nice quiet place to come back to at the end of the night. Very close to downtown and easy access to the park and the springs. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional property

Great place to stay if you want easy walking access to Zilker or Barton Springs, and a quick drive to everything else. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom has everything you need. Plus the hosts are fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough.

So cozy!

This studio was very cozy, perfect for me and my two adult daughters. We were so impressed with the amenities.. We truly felt we were home away from home! Just perfect for a fun couple of days from out of town for a concert. We would definitely stay here again!

stay in Austin 9 days

We loved it. Austin is amazing, and Cynthia and Peach are also a part of that experience. They helped us with everything we asked and they had a lot of patience:) we are thankful for meeting them and getting directions what to do and where to go. Once again we are grateful for those 9 days we had and the hosts who added to that so overall it was perfect

Great two weeks in Austin!

The hosts, Cynthia and Jay, were wonderful. The studio was lovely and had everything you could need or want, in addition to being in a great location right near Zilker park. We had a problem navigating the incline down to the apartment and Cynthia and Jay were on it and resolved our issue right away! Would definitely book with them again!

Great Location

Studio condo that had everything we needed to be comfortable for 3 nights and days. Owners were very responsive when we called to say we were having trouble with the TV. One even came over to help. Only negative was the driveway. It was very steep and took a bit to maneuver. If we had a higher car, it would have been easier. The alternate spot was not much better.

Place was great driveway not so much.

When we were leaving someone started down the driveway as I was going up and I ended up dropping my bike to avoid them. Did considerable cosmetic damage to bike and sprained my ribs.

The property is clean and cozy, and is an easy walk to Barton Springs and Zilker Park. The host is amazing and proactively provides information about the check-in and check-out process as well as things to do in the area. The location is quiet, beautiful and well-shaded by many large trees in the area.
