"We were meeting up with my in-laws in Augusta for a 2 night stay. Our group only had 4 guests & 1 Golden Retriever. There are many great things about this home. Bathrooms for every bedroom, king size beds, ping pong table, poker table, TV's in every space, decks, screen porch, small kitchen & laundry. Best of all it is dog friendly. The backyard is fenced & there are gates on the deck. The location is also great with access to the River Trail & close to downtown. The river view is lovely. Jack,...

"The first thing that was impressive with this booking was the quick , helpful, and accommodating host, Karen. She was always there for us to answer or help with any issues we may have had. The booking was exactly as described. It was clean, fresh, and perfect for what we needed. We came to Augusta for my nephew’s 16th birthday and my niece’s 4th birthday party. We will most definitely book again with Karen and this property in the future. "

"It met our needs adequately. It was clean until we checked under the bed to make sure we didn't leave anything. There we discovered chip wrappers etc. Fortunately, we didn't do that until ready to leave as the rest of the experience was quite good."

"The property was fine, but sparse on furnishings. No chests of drawers, just 1 tv, I think there were but 3 forks, and not as many dishes and cookware as I am accustomed to seeing. A little thought and some furnishing and electronics upgrades would bring my scores up!"

"This is an adorable retro vintage house set along the railroad tracks. The trains never bothered me. Not sure if they ever ran at night. The king size bed was very comfortable. Had a little problem with check in but the owner quickly resolved the issue. Had a little trouble finding the property. Not a location for any activities at night. Could be a little cleaner."

My mother—super critical of where she lays her head—fell in love with this place as soon as we entered. She who does not sleep well when she goes out of town RAVED about how comfortable the bed in the master bedroom was. Thank you so much for such an amazing property."
