"This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. "If you are looking for the perfect stay stop looking !
After driving up from London to explore the Peak District we were delighted to arrive at a very new, designer appointed lovely home !
Sitting at night and watching the birds on the canal was so peaceful and relaxing.
While being close enough to Lyme Park and Lyme House - (Jane Austen would approve) and Chatsworth etc the truly grand homes we shopped and cooked as there was everything we needed to stay in and enjoy our stay.

"Loved Torr Top Place! As a solo older lady who wanted to visit Manchester’s Christmas markets, this was a perfect base. The kitchen was well equipped, sitting room cozy, bathroom modern, and everything immaculate. Uber transport was readily available and Sainsbury’s (local grocer) was a short walk away. I highly recommend Torr Top Place!"
