"This is a very new hotel in the SkyCity complex. It's connected by a skybridge to the main SkyCity, so that can be a bit confusing until you figure out the separate entrances. Our room did not have much of a view, but it was very spacious and comfortable (new carpet, comfortable bed, etc.). We had the breakfast buffet on the last day and it was excellent. This hotel is also very convenient to the bus lines and to taxis, as well as being very walkable to the harbor area, Auckland Art Gallery,...

"Overall, the beds were quite comfortable, but with twin beds they were a bit skinny and the room could get stuffy at times. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and the saltwater pool was lovely to swim in the staff were very helpful in letting us check in early after a long overseas flight."

"Rooms are really nice, the lady who checked me in, was quite rude as i was parked outside in space 1 marked for Ramada, i checked in and paid for secure parking, but was told to move immediately and leave my bags etc at the counter, she stated to park in the space behind reception, which I did as I have parked there previously. To be then told i parked in the wrong spot !! She failed to give clear instructions"
