Photos need to be updated to reflect the current look but the stay was good , outside of the water getting cold fast when you have a large party of people. But the house and area was great aside from the maintenance the owner should look into.

Dog hair everywhere

If you're allergic to dog hair, don't stay here. It says NO PETS ALLOWED but there's definitely a dog living here. There was white dog hair in the towels, the sheets, the rugs, and the couch was unbearable. In the host's defense he did try to rectify it after the fact, but there was already hair on our clothes and towels and luggage. Very disappointing. The bed in the main bedroom was VERY hard and uncomfortable and was a full size. There's also a slight ant problem in the kitchen and the ice/water machine on the fridge didn't work. The mosquitoes are ridiculous in and outside the house with all the bushes. There were also no washcloths on the property. All in all the hosts were nice but we would NOT stay again.

Spelhouse Homecoming Fun!

The host was amazing and communicated well! There were so many hidden gems about the stay: The location was near everything of importance, especially our college where our homecoming was happening. If we needed to train it was walking distance from a station. The neighborhood was beautiful but of course still a little rough around the edges(I love that it was right across from a church🙏) Again the Host was so accommodating and even allowed us to stay an extra day when our trip plans changed. Thank you so much can’t wait for next year!

Loved our stay

The only negatives were the location but we were not bothered so that was great and the initial opening of the door the unlocking process takes a little wiggling but once we figured it out it was smooth sailing. Nigba was a great host answered all concerns within minutes, sometimes seconds! wet beautiful house.
