Initially we had issues to do the self check-in, but staff there were very friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a walk in shower without paying attention to details. It was a very large room and was good to know that something like that exists for people in wheelchairs."

"This was my second time staying at this hotel and I feel it is getting a little tired looking. Also they are not very keen to give you extra towels you have to ask all the time. On a positive note the location is excellent for touring London. It also has a large shopping mall next to it. "

"Room was okay overall, but the bathroom really let the stay down. The tap clearly needs replacing, and the shower only sprayed a fine mist of water — I understand it’s probably designed to save water, but it meant my shower took about four times longer than usual. The bathroom products also felt quite cheap and left both my hair and skin feeling dry. The hair dryer was very weak, so don’t expect it to do much if you need to dry your hair properly. Room gets hot (not a bad thing), water gets hot (not a bad thing), very little amenities (hand soap and towels) - but for a great location, a breakfast next door and easy commutes this is the perfect place to rest your head. Don't expect a 5-star hotel. Expect a bed and quick hospitality for a fair price."
