"The cabin is perfect for one person or a couple. Cabin is equipped with a mini split A/C, TV with Roku, and a small refrigerator. The bathroom/shower are modern and clean. The site also has a larger cabin floor plan available. The cabin is located just outside of Williams, AZ. Plenty to do in town and is approximately 30/40 minutes from Flagstaff. I would recommend this cabin for a stay"

"Second time in the same cabin. Just far enough from downtown Williams to be quiet and relaxing. As some have noted, these are primarily "sleeping" cabins with the bed occupying most of the main floor and a low ceilinged loft with two sleeping pads. I'm 5'11" and had not problem sleeping in the loft. The pads are surprisingly comfortable. If you're looking for a Holiday Inn experience, this isn't it. "We very much looked forward to staying at this property.
However, there were things about the stay which troubled us, so we will not recommend this property to others, and are giving the lowest rating possible.
The poor communication of the staff and management was the main issue with the stay.
Their attitude when being told the bed was uncomfortable, was not agreeable, and they did not wish to fix the issue.
Also, the property advertises a heated indoor pool, and surely charges for it as an...

"The price we were charged was for the premium glamping trailer. What we were assigned to was the cozy glamping trailer. The price charged was twice what the cozy option cost. Everything in the advertisement and the selection we chose was for the premium option so the initial price was not a surprise. When we got to the assigned accommodations, there was major disappointment to say the least. Next time we will call the property directly to avoid disappointment and overcharge."
