"The description is spot on. It is a very pleasant two-bedroom cottage with all the amenities needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Williams Cottage. "The property was in a great location walking distance to shops and restaurants, 10 minutes from Kaibab Lake. The house was clean and cozy. Instructions are posted throughout the house. "I took my wife, five children ages, 15,13,13,4, and two, with grandpa to this amazing cabin. We had so much fun playing in the snow, sipping hot cocoa on the porch, playing pool and board games. "We loved our stay! The host was very easy to communicate with. The grill was out of gas when we went to use it and we had to run to the store (which was very close by)to fill the tank but the host reimbursed us right away for the expense. The location is great for walking to everything in Williams. It was a bit difficult with 6 people and 1 shower but for a weekend it was okay! "Our stay at the Cozy Cabin exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect size for our family and provided a relaxing and enjoyable place to enjoy nature and time together. Our kids loved all the toys available and time around the fire pit making smores. Chris was great about quickly responding to messages. It also was nice to be close enough to some of the fun family activities in Williams. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for any family, especially young kids. "

"This place was awesome to stay. My family and I felt so comfortable staying here. The house had everything we needed to cook, barbecue and just hang out .The grocery store is about 20 minutes from the place so on the way to the house it was easy to pick up groceries before heading to the house . We would definitely recommend staying here . "
