"The first day we arrived one of us tried to take a shower and the handle broke off in the shared bathroom upstairs so we called the host and they came over. Instead of them turning off the handle they give me the pliers to do it. They said they will call a plumber the next day. The plumber came over and told us that the owner wants to know if we used excessive force on the handle, basically trying to get us to be the blame of the old house for the handle breaking off. "Ther property itself is very nice. I personally was disappointed that the grill in the pictures was not available to us to cook on. All we had was a small tabletop weber grill that was provided as a replacement. As we were basing all our meals on a full-size grill, this was a giant bummer to my wife and I. The property owner did offer to refund us our money, but we decided to stay and just deal with it all. Other than the grill fiasco, we had a relaxing time. I would have given a higher star...
