  • Welcome to our beautiful1912 home - where historic charm meets modern comfort. Thoughtfully updated while preserving its original character, this home offers warm, inviting spaces perfect for gathering and relaxing.

    The Space
    The updated kitchen and cozy breakfast nook (seating for 4) make mornings easy and enjoyable. For more formal meals or game nights, the dining room seats 6 comfortably.

    High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.

    Bedrooms & Bathrooms
    3 bedrooms are located on the second floor and 1 in the basement (please note this is a two-story home with stairs required).

    • Primary bedroom with en suite full bathroom
    • Additional full bathroom upstairs
    • Half bath in the basement (accessed via unfinished space)

    Please note: Basement bedroom and bathroom are accessed via unfinished space. While there is a shower in the basement bathroom, it is not operable. There are two fully functioning showers located upstairs - please do not attempt to use the basement shower.

    Each bedroom features highly rated memory foam mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. White noise machines, bedside outlets, and foam earplugs are also provided for ultimate comfort.

    For safety and liability purposes, exterior security cameras are located on the garage and at both entrances. Cameras are not actively monitored.

This is a great rental. Old house charm with modern touches. The bed were very comfortable. Thoughtful accommodations. Close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay for the weekend! My friends and I were getting together for a couple of days and this place had enough space and things to do while relaxing at the house. It was also very clean and had all the essentials we needed plus more! The host was very accommodating and attentive to our needs.

This is our third time staying here. The hosts have thought of all the extras (coffee, oatmeal, tea, laundry soap, extra blankets, etc) which we appreciate! Comfortable and convenient! We even added an extra day and the host was quick and responsive!

Lovely place for our family to stay. Had everything we needed. We had two families with young kids and some teenagers and older family members whose kids are gone staying altogether for a wedding. Location is perfect, we were able to walk to downtown Fargo!

Charming AND very well-appointed! Great communication with hosts, easy accessibility, and oh so comfortable! There is everything you might need for a weekend or weeklong stay, and the hot tub is a special treat! Having an en-suite primary bedroom with a luxurious and comfortable king-size bed was fantastic, and a nice surprise as the description nor photos really spell it out that way. We highly recommend this as a 5star property!
