"Great location! Very clean room, well equipped. Was surprised to find a washer, as well as a dishwasher. We had the fourth floor. So well lit with marvelous skylights. Bed was comfy, huge shower. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. "

It is a10-min walking from the main train station and 10 mins walk to the old town. It is on a quite street and very safe to walk around. There is a farmer market right next and super market stores are all over the area. The big shopping mail next to the train station is 10-min walking distance. A perfect stay in Krakow. "

"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging...
