Stunning villa of 638 m2 next to the sea, ideal for families, large groups or couples who wish to spend a few quiet days. Next to a walk that borders the sea and covers a large part of the island, for long walks, running, etc. The villa has a large garden with porch and barbecue area. It has a large living room and separate dining area, 4 bedrooms (two of them with double beds) and 2 bathrooms. Comfortable parking at the entrance of the villa.
The house consists of:
- Spacious living room with cable TV
- Living room with large dining table, hot and cold air, stereo and access to the garden
- Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. Room annexed to the kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, pantry and drying rack
- Master bedroom with bathroom en suite, double bed, large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and stereo.

Lovely villa in a great position with parking either on the driveway or street, walking distance to the sea and a foot/cycle path to Arriceife. Excellent communication with the host. WiFi a bit in and out.

Unfortunately we had many issues with the property. So I want to give an honest review for anyone who chooses to stay here. On arrival the kitchen window was wide open and broken, I contacted the owner immediately who then sent someone over to take a look and they then had to send for someone to come and put locks on the window to secure it. This in all took roughly 3 hours. In this time we had the opportunity to look around properly. There was a musty smell in the bedrooms, in all the draws and wardrobes were air fresheners to try and mask this. The whole of the property is old, furniture, kitchen, beds. There was no toaster or tv in the bedroom as stated in the listing. But when I mentioned this the owner sent a new toaster over to the property. The outside was very neglected. No upkeep to the property, it has paint peeling off the walls and there are weeds everywhere. You can only see the sea if you stand up. The pictures are very different to what we saw. There was a mouldy chopping board in the draw, handles hanging off wardrobes, the beds were uncomfortable and the linen poor and mismatched, the list is endless. We were very disappointed as we had read the good reviews. There was no hand soap or water (I mention this as we have always had these things in a rented villa. Plane noise starts from 7am daily. The only positives were the location was ok, 25 minutes walk in either direction along the seafront gets you to Arrecife or playa Honda. The outdoor sofa was nice.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Es bietet ein sehr großzügiges Platzangebot und entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Die Lage zwischen Arrecife und Playa Honda ist ideal – ruhig, aber gleichzeitig nah am Flughafen und mit vielen Geschäften in unmittelbarer Nähe. In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Meer (ca. 200 m) sowie eine schöne Uferpromenade, über die man bequem zu den nächsten Orten spazieren kann.Die Ausstattung der Küche und der Räume ist sehr gut, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders praktisch: das schnelle Internet, das in allen Räumen zuverlässig funktioniert. Ein Highlight ist die riesige Terrasse mit Liegen, Tisch und Lounge-Bereich – perfekt zum Entspannen.Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, um die Insel flexibel erkunden zu können. Insgesamt ein großartiges Ferienhaus, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

Lovely quiet spot

We have enjoyed a relaxing 24 day stay at this charming and well-appointed villa which sits on a quiet cul de sac in Playa del Cablé. The peaceful, good sized bedrooms and two spacious living rooms are homely and comfortable. South-facing outside space has ample seating. With a short walk to the ocean and beyond on the coastal paths this is an ideal holiday spot.

Return to Bliss

The Villa is perfect for us, so we have returned for a second time. Situated in a very quiet and peaceful environment it benefits from traditional Spanish Decor, spacious layout, and having large south-facing patio, benefits from sun all day. The kitchen is well equipped and ideal for self-caterers. The owner, a lovely Lanzarote national, is fluent in English, and is extremely helpful. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Das Haus ist eine prächtige Villa in optimaler Lage. Sowohl nach Arrecife, als auch nach Playa Honda kann man zu Fuß am Meer entlang flanieren. Das Haus ist schön geräumig und biete alles, was das Herz begehrt.

Grande casa familiare

Facile da raggiungere, in zona residenziale esclusiva e tranquilla, vicino all'aeroporto ma anche a tutti i servizi e spiagge. Il condizionatore è solo nella sala da pranzo e la camera principale è al sole tutto il giorno, con i primi giorni di Calima siamo dovuti andare a comprare un ventilatore. Comunque vacanza positiva.
