"Nice lodge (superior), air con was nice. Beds basic but fine, shower ok. Beach sunbeds were expensive (£260 for 4 sunbeds for 6 days) but nice enough beach and had to go there because the pool has some crazy ridiculous rule about wearing a silly rubber hat in the pool when it’s 33 degrees. They are not worried about all the children weeing in the pool but if a hair were to fall out! House was clean and well equipped, and hosts Carmela and Pier were so warm and helpful with ideas of where to visit and which restaurants to try, as well as local info on the beaches and property. "Grazie a Carmela e Pier per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole. Siamo stati benissimo a villa Euphorbia, abbiamo potuto portare i nostri cani e il nostro gatto. "Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung bzw. Grundstück sehr wohl. Einmalige ruhige Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse. Herrlicher Blick aufs Meer und die Stadt. Im September war es natürlich viel ruhiger und beschaulicher als sicher in der Hochsaison. Wir konnten noch im Meer baden und unternahmen einige Ausflüge in der Maremma. Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen."

"The accommodation was as described and fully met our expectations. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, there was a little delicious surprise to welcome us and communication with them was very easy.The kitchen was very well equipped and functional. One suggestion for improvement would be better mosquito protection with appropriate screens on the windows/doors.The free entry for 4 people to the Cala Piccola bathing complex is a big plus for the accommodation."
