"The room was comfortable and roomy. It was literally right next to the Tower and Duomo complex! Staff was super friendly and spoke English well. I liked that they had someone available at a desk all day and that they could stow our luggage after we checked out. My only complaint was that our room was right next to the door and we could hear every time someone came in or out VERY clearly. It was only a 10 minute walk to the Pisa San Rossore station so if you’re coming by train, go there instead...

"Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is ideal, close to the centre with just a 20 minute walk, and only 10 minutes to the airport by car. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard, and communication was always quick and easy. The little touches made such a difference, especially the daily wine in our room and coffee available in the common areas. Francesco was incredibly kind and even helped us arrange a taxi. There is no reception so it's necessary to confirm an arrival time whereupon somebody will be on hand to let you in and show you around. Very helpful people run the place, I was in contact via WhatsApp a number of times pre arrival as we were delayed enough route. Location 2 minute walk from baptistery and tower area- fantastic we had a brilliant one night stay and we all wished we had another night booked- best accommodation on our 11 day trip! "
