"Jerry was a great host who was extremely flexible with us as our family was moving to the area and ran into some unexpected delays with the purchase of our home and allowed us to move in a day early when we realized a blizzard was coming. He was so friendly and extremely helpful. The space was comfortable and well equipped. "

"Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round"
