"A great find within 15/20 mins of North Berwick. Couldn't fault the room which had huge bathroom with roll top bath and walk in shower. Very comfortable stay. The menu in the pub is not extensive but everything we had was beautifully cooked and presented. The place was buzzing with locals and visitors on both nights we were there. Highly recommended"

"The receptionists and other workers were very welcoming and professional and helpful and accomodating.I dont like the rule of the hotel about you cant bring outside food(cooked) like pizza and food in box etc., into your room.That is the worse rule you can have at a hotel without a proper explanation that makes sense.Was told guests complain about the smell.That cant be.Because if a restaurant is on property,how does that explanation make sense.If one is worried about rats and cockroaches...

"エディンバラを朝から晩まで楽しみたい方にはおすすめしませんが、観光客で溢れたエディンバラを脱出して郊外で特別な宿泊体験をしたい方にはおすすめです。お城の塔の寝室、大広間、屋根上が貸切です。お姫様というよりは砦の城主の気分を味わえます。車で行く方が多いようですが、私たちは最寄りのWallyford駅（エディンバラから2駅）から歩きました。遊歩道を30-40分ほど歩くと着きます。夕食は済ませるか、調達してから行く必要があります。朝食は部屋に準備してあり、好きなものを選んで食べられます。オーナーご夫妻が気さくでとても良い方々でした。おすすめです。"

"The room was small and cosy but clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant was great. Good menu and cooked perfectly. There was not a big choice for breakfast. It was either a cooked Scottish breakfast or cereals but I think you could have had scrambled or poached eggs with toast if you wanted. There is a bar in the hotel which is frequented by locals who are very friendly. Had a great couple of evenings in there."
