"At 86 years old the staff treated like I was the Queen mother from arrival to departure. I have mobility problems not major but do need some assistance they were always there if I needed help. Cheerful and chatty. The meus suited my taste and I enjoyed all I had to eat. Going places on my own at my age not easy The staff made my weekend trip very Pleasurable."

"Conveniently located for the centre of Haddington, the hotel is comfortable, quiet with good onsite parking. We didn't have an evening meal, although the menu looked great but we were out with friends. We did have breakfast which was good, a selection of cereals, juice, help yourself tea and coffee, full English. The staff were really friendly"

"エディンバラを朝から晩まで楽しみたい方にはおすすめしませんが、観光客で溢れたエディンバラを脱出して郊外で特別な宿泊体験をしたい方にはおすすめです。お城の塔の寝室、大広間、屋根上が貸切です。お姫様というよりは砦の城主の気分を味わえます。車で行く方が多いようですが、私たちは最寄りのWallyford駅（エディンバラから2駅）から歩きました。遊歩道を30-40分ほど歩くと着きます。夕食は済ませるか、調達してから行く必要があります。朝食は部屋に準備してあり、好きなものを選んで食べられます。オーナーご夫妻が気さくでとても良い方々でした。おすすめです。"

"Everything was clean. I loved my room. It’s not the most updated place in the world, but it had its own charm. It’s warm and inviting. The staff was great, and had good suggestions for tours. It’s kind of a pain not having anything nearby. No convenience stores or coffee shops. You have to take a train or Uber. I tried the connected restaurant twice and did not care for it. It’ll do though with nothing else around. Overall, it was a good value and I felt safe and comfortable"

"We had to check in late as our train was delayed. Unfortunately the guest house is not staffed after 11:30pm. So we had to pay extra for a late check in. The staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming. He was instead racist as he was asking where we were from and when we informed him he said no wonder. I wondered what that statement meant. The room was quite dusty. In the morning at check out the cleaner didn’t even respond to a hello. Just asked are you checking out and collected the key. The guest...
