"Great staff, beautiful hotel and a great city to explore and enjoy. I had stayed at a 5* in Bangkok just before arriving to this hotel, and the difference is huge. Maladee really know how to treat their guests. Thank you to all of the kind staff for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable."

"Checked in Melia Chiang Mai, when we opened the door and entered the room, we could only describe it as "Wow"! The space is spacious and comfortable, and the interior is clean and tidy! The surrounding environment is also quite quiet, and there is a night market nearby, which is very convenient! We dined in the restaurant twice, once at noon and once during happy hour, and the service was very friendly! I believe we will come back to stay again!"

"初めてのチェンマイ旅行で利用させていただきました。ホテルロビーからチェンマイの雰囲気を感じさせるようなインテリアで素敵でした。部屋も思っていた以上に広くて良かったです。ただ、クローゼットの下やスリッパとして使われているサンダルは清潔な状態ではありませんでした。朝は犬の鳴き声やキッチンの騒音で目が覚めました。しかし、無料で朝食もついて、コスパのいいホテルでした。"

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were super friendly. The vegan breakfast buffet was outstanding - lots of delicious choices. The room had access to the beautiful pool. In the room there was a huge king size bed - very comfortable. Great shower - quick heated up water. Clean. Safe. And quite affordable for the level of luxury they provide. I will definitely stay again! "

"The hotel is well located, clean and all equipment working fine and include a smart TV. The workers were very polite and helpful and the cleaning team very fast. The only problem is that the toilet paper have to be thrown to a bin and not in the toilet, this is commun in asia, but I think it should have been mentioned. Also hand soap is missing in the bathroom."
