"This is our second visit to this lovely property. The gentleman who checked us in could not have been friendlier. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable after a very long drive. The pool area was clean and well kept. Just steps from pool to the ocean! We will definitely stop in again on our next trip down to Florida. "

"Clean rooms, nice staff. Disliked the elevators they were not reliable and very stuffy and hot. At check in we were asked to attend a meeting for time share. We agreed to go but received a voice mail asking us to bring a major credit card along with our ID when we were told we would get a free week stay and a loaded card with “X” amount of dollars. Also was told it was a hour & half meeting and was told by one of the guests that it was 2 hours."

"We were placed in a room that had a giant shipping container outside of it. We asked to be moved but they would / could not do that. Our door lock was faulty and every time we tried to open our door it failed and we had to go to the front desk and ask for help. Very inconvenient. The finale was at 11:30 pm the fire alarm went off and we had to leave the building under duress along with everyone else and wait 30 minutes until it was clear to return. "The room was clean for the most part except for mold on the a/c unit and some floor cracks and random things. If you want a decent but outdated sort of room for a cheaper rate than other hotels then this is your place. They definitely need to do more preventative maintenance though as well because our automatic door keypad decided to not work 3x before complety giving out on us. While they were inspecting and diagnosing our door keypad, my 16 month old toddler was barely touching the wall next...

"We do not feel the room was as described. It was not well maintained, and the overall condition of the unit was disappointing. The room we were assigned appeared to have previously been the manager’s room, as it was separated from the check-in office by a door that could only be locked and unlocked from the office side.
