"We got there at 2:30 to check in and was told that our room was not ready but to come back in an hour......which is fair, technically check in isnt until 4pm......came back still not ready. There were other people who were also waiting to check in.....no explanation was given but just to come back later or get our money back and go somewhere else.....we didnt get checked in until 630pm. And then the clerk said there was a problem.with my payment and it didnt go through and that i would have to...

"Safe neighborhood, clean room, can't beat the price for right on the beach. My only negative was the shower, it was clean but old and the water pressure was non existent. Great value for money, fridge, microwave and efficiency type amenities in room was a bonus I didn't expect."

"They gave me a winged room next to a machine room. I heard noise ALL night. Impossible to sleep well. The staff in general very bad attitude, it seemed that they were doing me a favor by serving me as a guest. It was really annoying to try to pay for the parking because I tried to call and asked to talk to someone in Spanish and a girl started laughing and no one helped me to be able to pay for the parking. In the pool area there is only ONE men's bathroom and ONE women's bathroom. SERIOUSLY?...

"2 hours to check in as room was not ready. Then both ac units didn’t work and there were clothes left in the room from previous guests that the cleaners did not remove. The resort never fixed or helped accommodate us to another room they just kept blowing me off. Staff was nice just didn’t seem to care about my room issues. "

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property during bike week. We absolutely loved it! We had a problem with our TV and the manager came to our room within minutes and brought us a new one. Beautiful location too, right on the beach. This property will definitely be our go to place to stay for bike week."

"Enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and was ocean view. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool was nice, refreshing, and clean. Even provided some pool fun items for the children. Easy access to the beach/ocean. And a shower to wash off coming off the beach. Fun activities and eateries near by. Beautiful sunrises! "

"Ocean view room was great. Rooms were a bit dated. Hotel only has 2 elevators for 6 floors and during our stay 1 elevator went out of service. Wait time for elevators was long all day long. "

"No beach view. Overlooked the A/C units and they worked on them at 730am Sunday. Bad room, great hotel. "

"Good ocean view"

"Stayed for 12nights and just about everyday we had to inform the front desk that house keeping never came . We left our room every morning and came back around 5 pm to unmade beds , no trash emptied and no clean towels with the dirty towels left behind . The front desk then gave us clean towels to use . The daily breakfast was the same for the 12 days we were there with no exceptions . Would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly will not patronize this place again . "

"The rooms were absolutely disgusting. The toilet was not even attached to the floor. Our beds were damp the room smelled of mold. It was not clean the furniture. It was coming apart because of all the moisture. Absolutely no ventilation. The only good part about this hotel was the view and the hot tub in the evening. Of course Daytona Beach is beautiful, but this hotel was nothing like we expected. The photos make it look nice and clean, but in reality, it is a moldy damp pit."

"For the price, the hotel was nice and great for the kids. The room was relatively clean, though the carpets were dirty enough that they would turn your feet black so shoes/slippers were necessary in the room. The pool was in nice condition but the water was quite cold. The size of the room was great, made it easy to stay organized. Breakfast is very basic; bagels, muffins, cereal and oatmeal. My family would use this hotel again for another vacation."
