"The ocean front room was soothing. We sat out on the balcony and listened to the ocean! Melted our stress away! Room was clean and comfy! Unfortunately, we didn't have time to take advantage of all the amenities."

"You have to pay for valet parking or paid parking off-site. Hidden fees. I don't think I will stay here again. $325 room and end up paying about $500 total. The pool was nice. The fire pit was cozy. The bar has a beautiful view and a nice atmosphere. The "oceanview" room was clean, but it was located directly over the AC units, and they were very loud. You can't hear the ocean at all. The staff was the best part of the hotel. I didn't like the hidden fees. Will not be returning."

"The room was a two bedroom suite which had a lot of potential, but needed a deep clean, paint, new appliances and basic repairs. The back doorknobs and locks barely worked and the back porch was filthy. The room also smelled like an ash tray. "

"Over all rating I would say it was a bit disappointing. The property is self was not as nice as your photographs on the web. Restaurant and bar was always closed, showers by the beach exit and entrance did not work so there was no way to rinse the sand off of someone either stand in the pool or completely get in. The room and hallway to our room had a wet dirty smell to it. Bathroom shower had very low water pressure when showering I mean low pressure, and then there’s the view we were placed on...

"The room itself was nice. Could be updated. There were pots pans, dishes, stove, full-size refrigerator, all the amenities that you could want coffee maker. Everything was good bed was comfortable outside balcony looking onto the beach and pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."

"The parking was ridiculous. The parking fees were crazy. 50$ for valet, and $30 a day for parking you had to walk across two streets to get to hotel. Other than that, nice place and amazing staff"

I’m ok with budget water pressure and slow elevators, but the cleanliness wasn’t there. I pulled back all the sheets to find hairs on the fitted sheet. I pulled a standing lamp away from a wall to look for a socket and the dust behind it was crazy, they clearly don’t move things around when cleaning. All that said, it’s Daytona beach. "I will start this off with the fact I got this room for 2 nites for my sister's 65th birthday and it cost $250 a nite !!! What a horrible room - Where should I start...bathroom sink would not drain...by time done brushing teeth water up to top...took 7 solid minutes to drain. Sink faucet way to close to countertop-turn on faucet, water hit counter, soaks EVERYTHING on entire counter...had to keep a towel wrapped around it before turning on. Bathroom door would not shut! "This place isn’t super modern, but it was perfect for a little Rockville trip. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and it’s within walking distance of many great restaurants. I’ll definitely be booking again."
