"I was in room 508c which was the 5th floor. My room had a balcony and was on the side of the building and had a great side view of the ocean. The building smelled wonderful. Carpets in hallway were nice and clean, and so were the walls and mirrors and trim. My room had a kitchenette which was very nice. The bed was comfy! I couldnt figure out the T.v. Unfortunately we found 2 different palmetto bugs on separate occasions, but these are common in Florida. There was outdoor construction going...

"Stayed for July 4th weekend. Comments below on items important to me. Beach view was great. AC worked great. Access to beach was easy Bed was comfortable, although it had the wrong size sheet for this bed. Staff was friendly. Very easy to change out used towels. Room was clean. Water pressure was great. I would stay here again."

"They overcharged me $447.00 refused to reverse the charge and stated a manager wasn't available to help me. I stayed 2 nights and was charged for 3. The bed were very old, saggy, uncomfortable, I found a bug, blood and hair in the bedding."

"I have been coming to the property for several years now but it was different this year. They told me they were under new management and can no longer park 2nd vehicle even if space was available. Coffee machine in lobby, only real extra amenity, Broken. Stove top in room did not work. No longer full size fridge in the room. They had no towels for the rooms. Went to laundry multiple times and every time, no towels. It is on the beach and descent location but new management is worse than the old...

"Wellll....upon check in i was surprised w an additional cost of $50** per night ** pet fee!!! I don't have problem paying pet fee but for a 4lb yorkie.... that is EXCESSIVE, then additionally they also added a $100 deposit.... not sure why as entire stay was already paid in full. Had already driven the 5hrs to get there.... and would loose my $660 already pd for (3 nights, dbl bed room...not the kitchenette rooms). Basically had no choice to pay it. Get into room to find hair on coffee pot,...

"This property never disappoints. It’s walking distance to food, beach supplies, and entertainment. Plenty of parking, three pools including a kiddie pool and the most spectacular unobstructed ocean views around. The staff is very friendly and helpful and it’s always hard to leave."

"Beach access was great. The room was not very clean and there was broken glass on the floor of the bedroom. Luckily found before my littles stepped on it. The room was definitely in need of paint and fixing old worn walls and flooring. No bugs and it was just okay. No towels in the pool area so bring your own. I would not repeat stay unfortunately."
