"Stayed for July 4th weekend. Comments below on items important to me. Beach view was great. AC worked great. Access to beach was easy Bed was comfortable, although it had the wrong size sheet for this bed. Staff was friendly. Very easy to change out used towels. Room was clean. Water pressure was great. "I was in room 508c which was the 5th floor. My room had a balcony and was on the side of the building and had a great side view of the ocean. The building smelled wonderful. Carpets in hallway were nice and clean, and so were the walls and mirrors and trim. My room had a kitchenette which was very nice. The bed was comfy! I couldnt figure out the T.v. "They overcharged me $447.00 refused to reverse the charge and stated a manager wasn't available to help me. I stayed 2 nights and was charged for 3. The bed were very old, saggy, uncomfortable, I found a bug, blood and hair in the bedding."

"I have been coming to the property for several years now but it was different this year. They told me they were under new management and can no longer park 2nd vehicle even if space was available. Coffee machine in lobby, only real extra amenity, Broken. Stove top in room did not work. No longer full size fridge in the room. They had no towels for the rooms. Went to laundry multiple times and every time, no towels. It is on the beach and descent location but new management is worse than the old...

"The personnel couldn't be nicer, more accommodating and friendly. The property itself is relatively old but kept as clean as could reasonably be expected. It is well located and for the money, a good value."

"Our room was impeccable and very spacious. They upgraded us to an ocean view room which was so nice! The poolside service and food were great. The only complaint is that the shower near the pool was not working so there was no way to wash off the sand from our feet before we got into the pool."
