Què no li ha agradat: Estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
We got there at 2:30 to check in and was told that our room was not ready but to come back in an hour......which is fair, technically check in isnt until 4pm......came back still not ready. There were other people who were also waiting to check in.....no explanation was given but just to come back later or get our money back and go somewhere else.....we didnt get checked in until 630pm. And then the clerk said there was a problem.with my payment and it didnt go through and that i would have to contact expedia?????? I gave him the same card i used on expedia and it went right through??????? The entire property needs updated, elevators smelled like Marijuana, and the steps out back still have not been fixed, there were several cars in the the parking lot that didnt have tags and had people hanging out. Didnt feel very safe. Not sure if we will stay again ,we love the location on the beach!
Weve stayed here many times over the past few years and feel like the hotel in general isnt as nice as it used to be.
