The hotel is a 6 minute walk from the SF Jazz Center which was perfect. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. All in all - a great value for San Francisco."

"I set the ac to 68 and it always stayed at 72. Room was very stuff. Place needs a bit of TLC. Pillows are flat, towels are tiny and the bathroom literally would leak water from the shower. We placed a towel under the door to prevent it from leaking all over the floor, which minimized but did not stop. I’m not sure the hotel was worth the cost. Even the game area, while cool in theory…..it could stand some cleanliness with all the guests touching. "
