"Super friendly and helpful staff more than make up for any shortcomings at this place. Personally I found the wonkiness of the building rather endearing and there was plenty of free parking. No food at the hotel but a selection of options delivered through Deliveroo and other apps and cutlery and plates provided in each room. Decor is a bit dated but there are hot showers and beds are comfortable."

"Checked out of the awful Leonardo hotel and booked into this beautiful hotel, which cost me the same price, the only regret I have is that I didn’t book into this hotel for my full trip, excellent from start to finish, I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, it’s immaculate, food gorgeous very reasonably priced, parking very good price, stay here avoid the Leonardo hotel."

"The room was so dirty, hair in the bath, black mould all round the shower door and bath seal. Literally wiped it and the mould was coming off on tissue. Absolutely disgusting. Complained at reception but haven't had anything back from this. There was also soap in our kettle.
