The food is exquisite, good suppliers and a talented chef make any meal you order an absolute delight. The choice of beers and ciders definately hit the spot and are excellently kept. We will, without question, be looking to return for more stays regardless of the season because any time of year is great here."

The landlady Jill made me feel very welcome and was kind enough to explain everything for my stay, including suitable dining options nearby. "Straight away, from the outside The Beach looked inviting and the location really was perfect. On checking in, the young lady at the desk was extremely helpful, cheerful and efficient. The room was light, airy and very clean with everything you need at hand. The shower was, without a doubt, the best hotel shower we had ever used, hot for as long as we needed it and fabulous pressure behind it.
