"The staff was great, the room large for 4 adults. One change would be to add smart tvs as when don't want to go out at the end of a great day at the mountains, watching a movie we choose would have been relaxing.
Otherwise, beds were comfortable, fireplace dried wet clothes and the toom. "

"The room was clean, the check-in staff were friendly and efficient! The only minor disappointment was that the hot tub wasn’t available (and my understanding is that it hasn’t been available for some time) while the ad did say it was available and it was one of the reasons why we selected this property over other comparable properties that didn’t offer a pool/hot tub. We still enjoyed the stay and the location was great, thank you."

"It's our favourite hotel to stay in Whistler - in fact, I can't remember the last time we stayed at another place when we come up from Vancouver.
For us, it's the perfect location - still in the Whistler village, but away from the hustling, bustling, and the noise (if you know, you know - especially if you are staying near the strip/ road where all the clubs and bars are). We can easily walk to our favourite restaurants/ food places, and desserts such as 21 Steps, Balam, and Cows.
