"The hotel oversold the rooms and apparently that means the hotel gets to pick and choose who they want to lie to. My room was supposed to be ready at 12, it wasn’t. I literally chose to come stay here because of the bar. Unfortunately I couldn’t see past the horrible front desk experience. I was hoping to like this place so that my family and friends would have a comfortable stay while in NYC. I will never stay here again or subject people that I love to this place. "Its obvious they are using the hotel as a shelter. For a one night stay it was average. The quality did not warrant the 200 plus for one night. The staff was friendly by there was no toliet paper in the bathroom. "
