"I liked everything about the room except for the fact that there was only one chair in the room. For 2 people, it was impossible to sit together in the living area so I requested another chair but was told for security reasons that won’t be allowed. We had to sit on the bed to drink our coffee and sometimes eat our late night meals. Absolutely not okay ……"

"I only stayed here for one night. Once I got into the room, I tried to put the deadbolt on the deadbolt does not have anything to connect to so it’s pointless. I went downstairs. "This is my second night reserving another night for a double bed room, my sister and her husband came to visit from Long Island NY, & stayed the night. They refused to switch my room from a single room to a double bed room, TWICE. Front desk claimed they’re weren’t any double bed rooms available, but have that as a choice on their website. Refused to refund me for both nights and im still in a single bed room."
