"Drove from California, girls trip with my mother and sister. I surprised them with this rental, they thought we were staying in a hotel. We are all in love with this comfortable/ beautiful home and it's perfect location to everything we wanted to visit. The kitchen is very well equipped which was much appreciated when we cooked a few meals.100% would recommend anyone to stay in this cozy home situated in a quiet neighborhood. Oh, and excellent communication too!"

"My stay here was great. I loved having use of the large kitchen. However, the house would only sleep one person or a couple comfortably. The couch is small and would maybe work for small children. I would stay again when traveling alone or with my husband. "

"We rented this property to attend an event at Rio Rancho event center. I don't visit Albuquerque often but this location was easy to find and close to lots of stores and restraunts. The host have thought of everything to make your stay great. Kitchen was fully equipt. Bedrooms were comfortable with extra blankets, luggage holder, and laundry basket. "Property was perfect for our visit to ABQ. We had 11 adults at the house for the holiday weekend and everyone had a relaxing time. There was the pool, hot tub and deck area to relax in/on. Large table to play games and have meals at…living room sat 7 people if you wanted to watch tv. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful view of mountains too. "

"Good location and overall a pleasant stay.Back yard was not used but there were tumbleweeds, trash, and the sitting area was not too inviting but it was windy when we were there. There aren’t lamps in some of the rooms so plan on keeping the main light on if you’ll be needing any kind of night during the evening and night time. "My wife, four year old son and I stayed for several nights and we loved it. The house was very clean, just as described, and had plenty of amenities. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the back yard, which has a nice lawn, patio table and chairs, a fire pit with seating, grill, and a gorgeous mural. The neighborhood is very safe. "Great experience for myself, my sister and our 3 dogs. The home was upscale in design and also very comfortable, and safe. Great restaurants nearby & parks, including a great dog park! Having a quiet, private backyard with hot tub and gas grill made staying home a wonderful respite. We highly recommend the caring hosts and their beautiful property."
