The pool can be heated to 80-85°F, and the Hot Tub can be heated upto 102°F. A $100 heating fee covers both the hot tub and pool. For stays longer than 14 nights, there is a $100 per week fee for hot tub heating.

Our home is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs only (up to 30 pounds each). We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, with a pet fee of $200 per pet. No other pet types are permitted.
