"I know Japanese rooms are small but we couldn't even open up our suitcases in the room at the same time. Online pictures were deceiving. The bed was comfortable and AC was available if needed, although we did not need it much. Bathroom is large. Staff is friendly. We were allowed to store bags until we came back from a side trip. The staff was welcoming, the room (although small like most hotel rooms in Japan), it was stylish and comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a mini spa—spacious, modern, and a true highlight. "Great hotel and convenient location in Shinjuku. We were able to take advantage of the nearby train stations to get to other parts of Tokyo like Shibuya, Akihabara, etc. We had a smaller room that had a bunk bed style for our family of 3. It was definitely a tight squeeze but we made it work."
